Development Manager

The Shiloh Museum has a highly supportive and loyal membership, and we are looking for someone interested in cultivating that group and extending our reach in both fundraising and membership. We have exciting things happening here, and we know there is a history lover and expert fundraiser who would love to join our team.

The Development Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all Shiloh Museum  fundraising, including a major-gifts program, annual fund, membership, planned giving, special events, and capital campaigns. The Development Manager works closely with the museum Director and the museum Board of Trustees in all development and fundraising endeavors.

Starting salary: $52,077 with generous benefits and PTO.

Image Collections Manager

Shiloh Museum is currently in search of an Image Collections Manager. Our museum currently has the largest photo collection in the state, and we are committed to finding a collections expert to curate and manage that collection as well as help us expand our digitization efforts. This position is responsible for the management and development of the Shiloh Museum image collection (e.g. photographs, negatives, lantern slides) and assist in the research library and provide research assistance and staff-facilitated access to image and research library materials for the public.

Starting salary: $47,585 with generous benefits and PTO.

Historic Preservation Manager

Shiloh Museum is home to six historic buildings, two of them the oldest in Springdale. We are looking for someone who loves historic buildings and understands the special needs and methods of caring for historic properties. 

The Shiloh Museum Historic Preservation Manager is responsible for the preservation, restoration, and maintenance of six historic buildings on the museum campus; supporting educational programming, exhibit management, and historic preservation advocacy; assisting the Director and staff with maintenance, appearance, repairs, and service contract work on all museum buildings; assisting the Director and staff in carrying out daily museum operations. 

Starting salary: $38,288 with generous benefits and PTO.
