Shiloh Meeting Hall, Events, and Grounds Rental Inquiries

We would love to have you and your group use the Shiloh Meeting Hall or our grounds for your event! Please use the form below to inquire about reserving the building or grounds. Your reservation inquiry will be automatically emailed to our staff, and we will respond quickly to secure your date and send you a rental agreement. Please keep in mind that spring, summer, and fall are busy rental times, so we recommend reserving as far in advance as possible.

The Shiloh Meeting Hall has an 80-person capacity and rental includes:

  • Free WIFI
  • Projector and screen (renters must use their own devices)
  • On-site staff
  • 6-foot tables
  • Chairs
  • Kitchenette with coffee maker and microwave
  • Wheelchair-accessible ramp and restrooms

Shiloh Meeting Hall is located at 121 W. Huntsville Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas and is part of the Shiloh Museum of Ozark History’s campus. Our grounds surround the museum building and other historic buildings at 118 W. Renters must provide their own laptops or devices to connect to our projectors and sound systems.
We have 75 chairs available.
We have up to 10 six-foot tables available on site.
Please describe the nature of the food and beverages for this event. Please note per the city and building use policies, alcohol is not allowed in the building.
