Arkansas has been governed by five constitutions: the 1836 Constitution, the 1861 Constitution, the 1864 Constitution, the 1868 Constitution, and the 1874 Constitution. In addition to stopping at Shiloh, the document will visit Historic Washington State Park in Washington (Arkansas), Powhatan State Park in Powhatan, and the Delta Cultural Center in Helena.
