What do a castle in France and Lead Hill have in common? Both have a castle built in modern times, using 13th-century techniques, technology, and materials to aid archaeologists in their understanding of how these structures were built. Join Shiloh Historian Rachel Whitaker for a presentation on the Ozark Medieval Fortress in Boone County. Take a seat on quilts arranged around the museum’s grounds, and feel free to bring your own or borrow one from the museum for added comfort.
