Shiloh Museum of Ozark History is kicking off its Shiloh Summer Series: Buffalo River Country with a showing of the Ozark Society’s documentary First River: How Arkansas Saved a National Treasure, a film that tells the story of how the Buffalo River became the first national river in the United States. Guests are invited to bring their own blankets and chairs for this outdoor viewing on Tuesday, June 14th. The film will begin about sundown at 8:15 pm, and people are invited to begin arriving around 7:30 and enjoy wandering the grounds and gardens. The film is approximately 53 minutes.
